All 32 NFL teams have had to deal with injuries throughout the season, and Week 8 is no different. From star quarterbacks to key defensive players, several teams are facing challenges on the injury front. In this comprehensive injury report, we’ll break down the latest updates on the notable injuries around the league.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Buffalo Bills (-8.5)

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Buffalo Bills are set to face off on Thursday night, and both teams have players dealing with injuries. For the Buccaneers, offensive guard Matt Feiler and safety Kaevon Merriweather have been ruled out with knee and ankle injuries, respectively. Wide receiver Chris Godwin is listed as questionable with a neck injury, but he was a full participant in practice on Wednesday. Quarterback Baker Mayfield is also questionable with a knee injury, but he participated fully in practice on Wednesday. Defensive tackle Vita Vea is another key player for the Buccaneers who is listed as questionable with a groin injury.

The Bills, on the other hand, will be without tight end Dawson Knox, linebacker Baylon Spector, and tight end Quintin Morris, who are all ruled out with wrist, hamstring, and ankle injuries, respectively. The Los Angeles Rams had several players limited in practice, including defensive tackle Larrell Murchison, linebacker Ernest Jones, linebacker Byron Young, safety Russ Yeast, and receiver Ben Skowronek. Head coach Sean McVay, however, stated that he doesn’t expect their injuries to affect their availability for Sunday’s game. Tackle Joe Noteboom, who had been recovering from a groin injury, was not limited in practice.

New York Giants at New York Jets (-3)

The New York Giants’ injury report includes running back Gary Brightwell, who did not practice due to a hamstring injury. Several key players, including quarterback Daniel Jones, running back Saquon Barkley, and tight end Darren Waller, were limited participants in practice due to various injuries. For the New York Jets, wide receiver Randall Cobb and offensive guard Joe Tippmann did not practice due to shoulder and quadriceps injuries, respectively. Offensive tackle Mekhi Becton, cornerback Michael Carter II, and wide receiver Irvin Charles were limited participants. In positive news, cornerbacks Sauce Gardner and D.J. Indianapolis Colts (-1) at New Orleans Saints

The Indianapolis Colts had several players who did not practice due to various injuries, including cornerback JuJu Brents, tight end Kylen Granson, defensive tackle Eric Johnson II, running back Zack Moss, and offensive tackle Braden Smith. The New Orleans Saints were without offensive lineman James Hurst and star running back Alvin Kamara, who did not practice due to ankle injuries and an illness, respectively. Several other players, including tight end Juwan Johnson, defensive back J.T. Gray, and offensive tackle Landon Young, were limited participants in practice.

Green Bay Packers at Minnesota Vikings (PICK)

Defensive tackle Milton Williams was limited with a heel injury, while safety Reed Blankenship was a full participant with a rib issue. Jacksonville Jaguars (-2.5) at Pittsburgh Steelers

Cornerback Tyson Campbell, safety Andre Cisco, quarterback Trevor Lawrence, offensive tackle Walker Little, and offensive guard Brandon Scherff were limited participants. The Pittsburgh Steelers were without offensive guard Nate Herbig and defensive back Levi Wallace, who missed practice due to illness and a foot injury, respectively.

Atlanta Falcons (-2.5) at Tennessee Titans

The Atlanta Falcons were missing linebacker Tae Davis from practice due to a concussion. The Titans did not have quarterback Ryan Tannehill and rookie tight end Josh Whyle at practice due to ankle and concussion injuries, respectively. Center Aaron Brewer and cornerback Roger McCreary were limited participants, while wide receiver Treylon Burks and defensive tackle Teair Tart were full participants.

Cleveland Browns at Seattle Seahawks (-3.5)

The Cleveland Browns were dealing with several injuries, including quarterback Deshaun Watson, who has been ruled out for Week 8 due to a shoulder injury. Running back Jerome Ford, Marquise Goodwin, Kareem Hunt, tight end David Njoku, and linebacker Sione Takitaki missed practice due to various injuries. Baltimore Ravens (-8.5) at Arizona Cardinals

The Baltimore Ravens were missing running back Keaton Mitchell, linebacker Roquan Smith, and safety Marcus Williams from practice due to hamstring injuries. Cornerback Kevon Seymour was limited with an ankle injury. The Arizona Cardinals had several players who did not practice, including linebacker Krys Barnes, defensive lineman Kevin Strong, and offensive lineman Elijah Wilkinson. Corner Antonio Hamilton, wideout Zach Pascal, and safety Jalen Thompson were limited participants.

Kansas City Chiefs (-7.5) at Denver Broncos

The Kansas City Chiefs were without linebacker Nick Bolton, who was absent from practice due to a wrist injury that is expected to keep him out for about two months. Safety Mike Edwards, running back Jerick McKinnon, and wide receiver Justin Watson were full participants. Cincinnati Bengals at San Francisco 49ers (-5.5)
